I am moving out of the complex I am at living at, all because I cannot stand the Unscrupulous actions of the AUM water billing.
High outrageous Administration fees- etc. I will never live at another complex that does business with this corporation.
Maybe if the rental companies start losing customers they will change who they do business with - but I am done with this company!

Fax: (614) 476-4298. Moving is a pain in the neck but being gouged by a utility billing service runs into big money over a short period of time. My advice to all is, before you sign the lease make sure that the complex utility billing is NOT done by AUM.
